So on August 1 I wrote that Harper was heavy headed and that she would never even try to lift her head. No longer is this the case. She is now an expert at holding her head up and she loves belly time, especially when I set up books for her to look at the bold pictures. As soon as she decided to hold her head up, she began holding up her chest as well. That led to rolling from her back to her belly just a couple days later. In response, we have moved her from the cradle to the pack n play so that she has more room to move in the night and doesn't get stuck in the corner of her cradle anymore. She is still trying to move her legs- looks like we might have an early crawler!
