Not much to say- we spent a wonderful week at Surf City on Topsail Island, NC with the Jefferies. Harper slept, ate, saw the beach and repeated. Lucy played, splashed, ran, jumped, stomped and got lots of Parker time. Her favorite part of the day was late afternoon at low tide when she and Parker could go out on "the big beach" and fly kites, splash in the tidal pools and play shadow tag. Ian asked many times, "why don't we live near the beach?" and I basked in the sun while the girls slept at naptime and Zanne pulled monitor duty. All in all, not bad!
Parker was told not to get wet. Here he is soaking himself- what's another bath!
