We met our friend Amy, Glen and their kids Asher and Aurelia for the Scottish Walk in Old Town. The Scottish Walk is a parade that is unlike any other. It involves several Scottish clans from all over that come and play their bagpipes, wear their kilts and plaids, swords and shields. They toss tons of candy, walk with all sorts of dogs and play host to Santa in a firetruck. My favorite is the St. Patty's parade committee that infiltrates the Scottish Walk, seem as though they've been drinking since the wee hours of the morning and try to outdo the Scotts at their own game. Lucy's favorite is Santa (and the candy)- go figure!
