The best part of Harper playing dress up is that the dress up clothes just become part of her attire. In other words, what tutu? Doesn't everyone wear a tutu and boots when you have to run errands, pick Lucy up from school and go to the doctor? In Harper's world, a little splash of dress up just feels right.
