For Christmas Lucy received a china tea set and we put it to good use today. Instead of tea though, we used hot chocolate and instead of sugar, we used marshmallows. We drank cup after cup of cocoa and Lucy ate a billion marshmallows. It was her first cocoa and first real tea party (she usually fills her plastic tea set with dried beans to practice pouring and feeds her babies her concoctions) and she was pretty thrilled with the whole idea. She even donned earrings, rings, a flashing necklace and bracelets for the occasion but said she wasn't cold enough for gloves and didn't want to wear a hat. I was asked to wear a tiara though.
