We went to a park in DC yesterday called Friendship Park or Turtle Park. They have a huge sandbox and playground and yes, a "sprayground". If it has ever been said that the most simple of things are the best things when it comes to kids, this was proof that that is so true. The "sprayground" was really just a concrete slab with nozzles in the ground with water spraying up and everywhere. Lucy loved it, and so did her buddy Eli. We had Taylor with us as well so that always makes things more fun in Lucy's world (and easier in mine). If you knew Lauren when she was a little girl, these photos are exactly Lauren-esque. Hilarious. Of course, Lauren would have been coated in a layer of vaseline to protect her skin- we have no slime in our house!
