We went to the pumpkin patch "out in the country" as Lucy likes to say. She was so excited about the tractor ride and cracked everybody up who rode next to us with all her exclamations such as "Hay!" and "Pumpkins!" and "Very, Very Bumpy!"
She decided on 3 pumpkins, a big orange one, and a little orange on and a little white one. She insisted on helping carry them and told us over and over again that they were "very heaby".
She wrapped up her farm trip with a
peeled apple, climbing on haystacks and sitting among pumpkins
and singing the entire way home.
